French: describing animals

 Year 4 revised time and we’re introduced to adjectives to describe animals. They then used a given sentence structure to say and write sentences with the focus on feminine agreement of adjectives with nouns.

RE Day - Remembering (Janmashtami)

 Today’s RE Day has focussed on the concept of remembering. We talked about what we remember and why, and how we show our remembering through celebrations and events. We talked about Christians and how Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus. We then compared this to the Hindu festival of Jamashtami, which celebrates the birth of Krishna. We had some fascinating discussions and considered how the concept applies to many areas of our own lives.
